Applicants are advised to pay registration fee online. Students may use their parents’ or their own bank account to make the payment.
Online payment of Registration Fee can be made, using the following modes:
a. Net Banking.
b. Debit Card (VISA, Master, Maestro).
c. Credit Card.
For making online payment of Registration fee, please login at the website.
On confirmation of the amount to be paid, please opt for the any of the available modes of online payment:
a. Net Banking.
b. Debit Card.
c. Credit Card.
Select the appropriate mode for making payment and follow instructions on the screen.
- After successful completion of the payment, you will be directed back to the e –payment portal of the symposium website. Generate receipt of the payment made and produce the same at the time of registration.
- No fee will be charged from the applicants for online payment of fees by any of the modes mentioned above.
- The applicant is required to pay the fee online by the due date as notified.
- Fee once paid will not be refunded. However, if there is any excess payment or double payment for any reason whatsoever, the applicant may file his/her claim with the Convener of the symposium.

Only the registered participants of the symposium can use the e-payment

case of online payment additional information such as credit card/debit card number, credit card/debit card expiry date and other information essential for making payment through

Refund / Cancellation Policy
If a participant cancel his/her registration, there shall be no refund of the registration fees. Refunds, if applicable, at the discretion of the organizers, will only be made to the debit/credit card used for the original transaction.
For the avoidance of doubt nothing in this Policy shall require to refund the fees (or part thereof) unless such fees (or part thereof) have previously been paid.
Double Payment Issue:
Please note that Double Payments means the Transaction for which you have attempted to make an online payment more than once, for which your account may have been debited twice during multiple attempts to make payment. Such case may arise in case of any session break during redirection process from bank end to Website end. Normally in such cases one Transaction may be a failed case and another transaction may be a Success case where you were able to successfully receive an acknowledgement of the payment by the organizers.
By Default all failure Transactions are automatically Refunded on the next day. However for the same to reflect in your account it may take 2-3 weeks. Generally refunds will be reflected within a period of 7-8 Days in Case of Net Banking/Debit Card Transaction & 15-30 Days (Next Billing Cycle) for Credit Card Transactions.
