The list of shortlisted candidates, for the December 2016 Ph.D. Admissions, can be found as provided below:

Criteria for short-listing candidates:
1. All candidates with minimum eligibility as per the advertisement with atleast a B.Tech or M.Tech degree with basic CSE Courses. 2. There will be a written test for all candidates on 08.12.2016.. Based on performance in the written test, a short list of candidates will be called for interview to be held on the same day itself.
Accommodation:
Accommodation for Boys is arranged in Barak Hostel. Accommodation for Girls is arranged in Dhansiri Hostel. [Look for "Girls' Hostel 2" in the IITG Campus Map here.] You may also kindly note the following: (a) For bedding, pillow etc. for the participants in the hostels, candidate may need to arrange themselves. (b) For arranging food for the participants, candidates may speak to the hostel mess caterers. (c) Only the participant will be provided accommodation. Accompanying persons, if any, cannot be accommodated.
