Entrepreneurship
Entrepreneurship is a mind set. It is the art of finding profitable and viable solutions to problems. Every successful entrepreneur has been a person who was able to identify the problem and come up with a solution to it before some one else did.
On one extreme an entrepreneur is an individual of very high aptitude who pioneers change. He looks at things in such a way that possible solutions to problems and perceived needs may evolve in venturing. On the other extreme of definitions , any one who wants to work for himself/herself is considered an entrepreneur.
In a general sense the term applies to a person toying with an idea of a new project or exploring a new opportunity. The recipe for a successful entrepreneur includes self belief tasted with spontaneous creativity and sprinkled with the ability ans willingness to make decisions even in the absence of concrete data and of course a risk-taking personality.
An entrepreneur is a leader, a driving force behind semiconscious process of intuition and insight, rooted in experience. An entrepreneur develops this vision and a strategy of how to implement it. The best entrepreneur is not necessarily one who uses much capital, but rather the man hot to organize the employment and train his employees. So he/she has to innovate, take risks and organize his ideas and workforce in a profitable venture.
The success or failure of a venture rests on the idea and its implementation. There can be various problems in implementing the idea even if it is a good one. Similarly an idea which might not appeal at the first instance, may turn out to be a good venture if properly implemented.
