RuTAG-NE Rural Technology Action Group (RuTAG) is a mission, conceptualized, initiated and sponsored by the Principal Scientific Adviser (PSA) to the Government of India.

In the same line, RuTAG-NE is a facilitator group, housed at IIT Guwahati operating from April, 2006.
