Accommodation Guest House Hostels |
Limited accommodation
is available in the campus on ‘first come first served’ basis. Organizers
cannot guarantee the accommodation unless registration fee is received.
Therefore participants are advised to send the registration fee at the
earliest. Accommodation charges paid with the registration fee entitles the
delegate to stay for FOUR nights
(from 14-December-2008 to 17-December-2008). Stay beyond this would require
the delegate to pay extra as per the rules of the institute.
A limited number of rooms have been reserved
for the conference delegates. In each
room, two persons will be given accommodation. It may not be feasible to
provide single accommodation in the Guest House. Students and research scholars will be
provided accommodation in the various hostels in the campus. All the rooms in
hostels are single seated rooms. All the female students/researchers will be
accommodated in the Girls’ hostel. A large number of hotels are available in the
Guwahati city. Should you want to stay in the
