Poster Presentation

Guidelines for poster presentation

Posters will be thematically grouped to promote interaction between presenters and their audience. Poster sessions provide a more intimate forum for exchange than do regular paper presentations. Ideally, a well-constructed poster will be self-explanatory and free the presenter from answering obvious questions so that he/she is available to supplement and discuss particular points of interest.

1.      Maximum size will be 115 cm width by 92 cm height.

2.      At the time of poster presentation, at least one of the authors must be present.

3.      Your place among the poster boards will be indicated by the number listed next to your paper in the Conference Program, e.g., SP-001, HP-002, etc. Participants should plan to place their materials on the poster board during 10 minutes before the poster session is scheduled.

4.      Posters must be removed from the poster board at the end of each poster session. Poster sessions must end promptly at 10 minutes before the scheduled hour in order to provide time for individuals in the next poster session to set up their posters.

5.      At least 10 copies of your complete paper should be available for distribution to interested persons. Copies of your paper and all illustrative materials must be prepared before the conference.
