    Abstract submission guidelines

    • The maximum allowed size is 1 page, inclusive of references, tables and figures. The text should be formatted in A4 format (210 mm x 297 mm), with single spacing, font “Arial”, size “10” and page margins of “15 mm” on the left and right sides.

    • While submitting the Abstract please name your file as Name_Dept (e.g. saurav_design).
    • Abstract should be submitted in pdf format.
    • Selected works/papers will be published in Springer volumes based on final quality check and requirements fulfilled by the author for the publisher.

    General guidelines

    • There can be a maximum of 3 members in a group.

    • Registering for multiple abstracts required to do multiple payments.
      e.g. If you are registering for two posters or one poster and one oral presentation or one oral and one model or one poster and one model, you need to pay
      For student registration: 150+150=Rs. 300/-
      For student with lunch: 500+150=Rs. 650/-
    • Last date for abstract submission is 10th January 25th January, 1200 hrs.
    • Judging will be based on:
      Research Problem
      Execution with problem
      Effective outcomes
      Presentation
    • Notification of acceptance : Will be sent by mail by 10th February 2018.
    • Accommodation will be provided on First Come First Serve basis.
