The Proceedings of the meeting is likely to be published in PRAMANA. In case space is available, few posters selected by a panel of judges may be invited for short write-ups for the Proceedings.

All contributory participants will have to present posters. Please send your application with an extended abstract, not more than one page (A4 size), as Microsoft word document file (no Tex/Latex/Postscript/pdf...). Last date for the submission of contributory participation request with title and abstract as well as the recommendation letter must reach the Convener at statphys@iitg.ernet.in by: 5th November, 2007. The application form and the abstract template are available to dowlnoad.
Note:
- There is no Registration Fee.
- Only one of the authors can present a poster of multiple authors.
- Organizers will take care of the local hospitality of all selected candidates.
* Travel funding by train (upto AC 3 tier by the shortest route) may be available (subject to the availablity of fund) only for the Indian students coming from organizations in India whose travel cannot be supported by their own organizations.
