Experience
For my Ph.D. work, research was conducted on Online Public Access Catalogue searches
by the users of British Council Library, Kolkata. Both, Verbal Protocol Method and
Questionnaire Method were used and findings of both methods were compared and it was
found that Verbal Protocol Method is more suitable tool to understand the software and users
interface problems.
As a Fulbright Visiting Researcher, presently I am working on the international as well as
multi-lingual and multi-cultural issues of Virtual Reference Service
Field in which
