We envisage having Biologists, Chemists, Physicists and Computer scientists complimenting each other and working together in a conducive atmosphere, taking scientific research to greater scales of discovery and innovation. We are looking for highly motivated people willing to learn a little bit beyond their core expertise, and work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary environment.

Training@MID-IITG
IITG don’t encourage short term project students from other institutions who are applying for project work as a part of their curriculum. The intake will normally depend on the availability of space and policies of the Department and Institute.
Remote Association with MID
Students who wish to associate with ‘MID’ while continuing their present work (or student-ship) in their respective institutions may write to us directly. Such scholars may have:
1) Good programming skills
AND/OR
2) Good workable idea in ‘MID’ core research areas. You may submit a short proposal describing your idea or hypothesis. We will evaluate your ideas and get back to you.
