Registration Fee
The registration fee for taking the course is as follows:
Participants from abroad: USD 500
Industry/Research Organizations: INR 8000
Faculty from Academic Institutions: INR 4000
Indian Students: INR 1000
The above fees include all instructional material and internet facility. The participants will be provided twin-sharing accommodation on payment basis at IITG guest house/student hostels.
The fee is to be paid using a Demand Draft (DD).
The food, transport and accommodation charges will be borne by the individual course participants.
Registration Procedure
Please follow the following steps for registration:
Go to GIAN website. First time users need to register and pay a one-time online fee of INR 500/-(non-refundable).

Once you enrol for the course, an Application number will be generated, and the course coordinators will be notified. The course coordinators will shortlist the candidates out of the applicants. The shortlisted candidates will be notified by email.
The selected candidates must pay the applicable fee using a Demand Draft (DD) drawn in favour of ‘‘REGISTRAR, INDIAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY GUWAHATI’’, payable at ‘‘GUWAHATI’’.
Then upload a scanned copy of the DD TBD with the email address you used for registering at the GIAN portal by
December 9,December 19, 2017 (second round).Please write your Name, Application number and Email address at the back of the DD, and courier it to the following address by
December 15,December 26, 2017 (second round).
