:Teachers Training Camp Under Rashtriya Avishkar Abhiyan:

Teachers Training Camps (TTC)
for Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhijan (RMSA), Assam Government
by Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati
under Rashtriya Avishkar Abhiyan

THE GOALS/OBJECTIVE OF THE TTC IN ASSAM

The purpose of this AGREEMENT is to clearly identify the roles and responsibilities of RMSA, Assam and IITG as they relate to the collaboration and partnership in imparting their responsibilities as mentioned in "Guidelines for RMSA Assam" and "Guidelines for IIT Guwahati" in "General Guidelines of TTC" page.

The common goal of the Teacher Training Camps (TTC)/Special Teacher Training Camps (STTC) is to strengthen the quality of Science (Physics, Math and Chemistry) teaching amongst in-service teachers of Assam. The TTC/STTC aims to increase the interest among the science teachers of Government High and Higher Secondary Schools of Assam to learn new and creative methods of teaching.

Such TTC/STTC would help strengthen the teaching- learning processes in the schools and would directly benefit the children’s. Thus, TTC/STTC would also aim to strengthen subject expertise in schools of all the districts of Assam, build and support a network of learning process by Liaoning higher educational institutions (like IITs) with Government High Schools.
